1. Why do you want to become an admin and leave RP-life?
   I feel like I’ve reached a good level of experience as a player, and now I want to give back to the community in a bigger way. I enjoy helping people and guiding new players, and I think I can be useful in keeping the server fair and smooth. I’ve also noticed times when admin support is low, and I want to help improve that.
2. What are your strengths?
   I’m calm in stressful situations, I communicate well in English, and I treat everyone with respect. I also try to think before I act so I can make fair decisions.
3. What are your weaknesses?
   Sometimes I trust people too easily, and I find it difficult to say no when someone needs help, which can make me overload myself.
4. What skills can you bring to the admin team?I understand server rules well, I’m good at handling conflicts between players, and I try to solve problems clearly and quickly. I work well in a team and I’m always open to learning.
5. Will you be ready to sell your business? (It's restricted to have a business while you are an admin)
   Yes, I fully agree with the rules. I don’t own a business right now and I’m ready to follow all server requirements.
6. Any IRL issue or situation that is preventing you from being active at the moment or any time soon?
   No, I don’t have any real-life issues stopping me from being active. I can stay consistent.
7. Anything else we should take into consideration or we should know for your application?
   I really care about the server and the community. If I’m given this chance, I’ll take it seriously and do my best to be a fair and helpful admin.
