Why do you want to become an admin and leave RP-life?
I’ve seen how much the admin team contributes to keeping the environment clean and fair. I want to shift from RP to administration because I enjoy helping players, solving issues, and keeping the RP experience smooth for everyone. I believe I can contribute more to the community as an admin than as a player now.
What are your strengths?
I stay calm in stressful situations, communicate clearly, and handle conflicts maturely. I know the rules well and I’m patient with players, even when they are frustrated or confused. I try to be fair and unbiased in every situation.
What are your weaknesses?
I sometimes overthink decisions because I want to be completely fair, but I’m working on being more confident and efficient during quick situations.
What skills can you bring to the admin team?
Consistency, professionalism, and good decision-making. I’m active for long hours, quick to respond, and experienced in handling reports and situations logically. I also understand server rules deeply and can guide new players properly.
