- Strength - I'm approachable and a good listener, which helps me understand issues clearly and support others calmly in any situation.
- Weakness -I’m naturally friendly and sometimes too forgiving, which can lead to people taking advantage of that. I'm working on setting better boundaries while still being helpful and respectful.
Will you be able to perform the duties of a helper? Are there any IRL situations now or in the near future that will prevent you from being a helper?
- Yes, I’ll be able to perform the duties of a helper. I don’t have any IRL situations at the moment or coming up that would stop me from being active and responsible.
